Presentation at IMWA 2016 in Leipzig

Dr Melanie Blanchette and A/Prof Mark Lund presented at the July 2016 meeting of the International Mine Water Association Conference in Leipzig, Germany on “Bio-physical closure criteria without reference sites: realistic targets in modified rivers”. This new approach attracted considerable interest and the paper can be read for free here.

The visit to Leipzig included tours to the pit lake district around Leipzig and Lusatia.
